Log in to your HHgregg account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Electronics
Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
